Mixed Berry Smoothie

One tablespoon of coconut oil a day is seen to boost your metabolism and help with digestion. In this recipe we used in season berries and raw milk combined with nutritious superfood ingredients to create a cold and refreshing start to your hot summer day.
What You’ll Need:
- 3 cups frozen mixed berries or fresh mixed berries with ice
- 1 cup raw milk (can be substituted with organic almond milk or coconut milk)
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 T protein powder of your choice (optional)
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 tsp acai powder
What to Do:
- In a blender, combine berries, banana, and milk. Add coconut oil, protein powder, chia seeds, and acai powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
