Christopher Bergland is a world-class endurance athlete, coach, author and political activist. Christopher is a founding partner of City Coach (citycoach.org), and the author of The Athlete’s Way: Sweat and the Biology of Bliss. He aspires to bring you inside the athletic mindset and process of success in sports and competition so that you can better understand your psychology surrounding physical activity and take your life to a higher ground. He is actively involved in the fight to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (repealdoma.com) and promoting the Alliance for a Healthier Generation’s (healthiergeneration.org) fight against the childhood obesity epidemic, and a co-organizer of the annual Provincetown 10K charity run (Provincetown10K.com) in Provincetown, Mass. He has a daughter, born in 2007, and divides his time between Provincetown, Boston and San Francisco.
