Gabe worked as a mechanical designer before coming to Pathways and the ICPA. As a new dad, he immediately sensed that the family-oriented mission and family-friendly work atmosphere were a happy fit. He feels fortunate to be able to apply his computer science degree in a work environment where his spunky preschooler can visit to play with puppies or snorkel in the pool, and where he can easily tag team with his wife when needed.
